How To Use

By LMP: Select the very first day of your last menstrual period. If your cycle is shorter or longer than the standard 28 days, adjust the cycle length for accuracy.
By Conception: If you know the exact date of conception or had an IVF transfer, switch to the second tab for a highly precise due date calculation.

Why Use This Tool?

Naegele's Rule: Our calculator uses the exact same medical formula (Naegele's Rule) that obstetricians and gynecologists worldwide use to predict your due date.
Live Milestones: Instantly find out exactly how many weeks pregnant you are today, which trimester you are in, and your future baby's astrological Zodiac sign!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Estimated Due Date (EDD) 100% accurate?

An estimated due date is just that—an estimate. In reality, only about 4-5% of babies are born exactly on their predicted due date. A normal, full-term pregnancy can result in birth anywhere between 37 and 42 weeks.

Why do pregnancies count from the Last Period (LMP)?

Because it's very difficult to pinpoint the exact day of ovulation or conception, doctors universally start counting the 40 weeks of pregnancy from the first day of your last period. This means for the first 2 weeks of your "pregnancy," you aren't actually pregnant yet!

What are the Three Trimesters?

Pregnancy is divided into three stages: First Trimester (Weeks 1 to 13), Second Trimester (Weeks 14 to 27), and Third Trimester (Weeks 28 until birth). Our tool automatically tells you which stage you are currently in.
